First you need to decide if you want to use IMAP or POP3.
Choose IMAP if you plan to check your email from multiple devices. IMAP will store a copy on the server so you can use multiple devices to access your email(s).
Choose POP3 if you want to download all your emails off the server and store locally on your computer.
After choosing between IMAP and POP3, you will need to enter your username, password, mail server and ports for incoming and outgoing.
The username is your full email address you created from within the hosting control panel (user@your-domain.com).
Server hostname or mail server for both Incoming and Outgoing will be mail.your-domain.com (make sure you replace your-domain.com with your actual domain name).
Default ports for SMTP (587), IMAP (143) and POP3 (110).
